The ankle monitor has been removed from Viktor Noé, meaning the RTL star is no longer under criminal supervision. The actor whose story we reported on a few weeks ago said that in early March, his criminal supervision was extended on the very day it was supposed to end according to the decision, but now this trying period has unexpectedly come to an end. According to Noé, he was placed in an unfair situation due to a non existent child support case, and besides his own fate, he is also worried about his 12 year old daughter. In any case, many things could be decided within a few weeks.

The ankle monitor has been removed from Viktor Noé; his placement under criminal supervision has ended

The actor was arrested due to a Slovak child support case, but a Hungarian court had previously definitively rejected the claim

The criminal supervision ended unexpectedly, before the extradition hearing

The restrictions made Noé’s work and family life difficult, causing serious uncertainty

As we first reported at the end of January, Viktor Noé was taken by police in Budapest based on an international arrest warrant referring to a Slovak child support procedure. The actor, who is raising his daughter alone, would have left her without supervision from one moment to the next if he had not been released after 28 hours. As it turned out, in October the Hungarian court had definitively ruled that the child is exclusively in the care of the artist, and also that there are no child support claims either retroactively or for the future from either side.
