Hungary’s New Beauty Queen: Kamilla Kiss Becomes the Country’s New International Face

Hungary has chosen its new beauty queen. Kamilla  Kiss, a 25 year old contestant from Budapest, won the Miss Universe Hungary 2026 competition and will represent Hungary at the international Miss Universe final in Puerto Rico.  

The competition was held in Budapest, where twelve finalists competed for the crown. The judges considered not only beauty, but also confidence, communication skills, personality, and the ability to represent the country internationally.  

For many Hungarians, beauty competitions are more than entertainment they are a way to introduce Hungarian culture and young talent to the world. Kamilla Kiss’s victory gives her the opportunity to become one of the new public faces of Hungary on the international stage.  

Her next challenge will be the Miss Universe world competition, where she will compete with representatives from countries around the world.
