In recent days, our publication reported that Ördög’s post, shared after the April 12 elections, did not receive unanimous approval.
“It feels like the sun rose a little differently here as well,”
she hinted, referring to the Monday following the election. The presenter, who is currently filming in Bolivia, sparked mixed reactions with her post.
Some commenters told her that if she hadn’t spoken out before, she shouldn’t start now, while others went as far as to say that “working for TV2, often seen as a government mouthpiece, it somehow didn’t matter before how the sun rose.”
Kajdi Csaba also came across Ördög’s post and added his own remarks, though the presenter has since deleted his comment. He later shared it in his temporary Instagram story.
“You’re amazing, Nóri! You’ve always stood up for public issues! Child protection, teachers’ protests, influencer protests, etc… You stayed quiet, my dear, invoicing ice cubes at your little shop, and whenever needed, you could shed a tear over a cocoa pastry on cue! But today the sun rises differently! At least for us! Don’t worry, Nóri, you’ll have work you’re good at positioning yourself! Keep it up, sweetheart! #mórahálmisvirginmary”
Kajdi had already made a similar remark about Ördög two years ago, saying it seemed as if she was portraying herself as a “Virgin Mary from Mórahalom,” while in his view, that was not the case.
